Head of Tax and Treasury

Location: London - Part-time/Hybrid
Compensation: £100k (for 3 days pw)

Eton Bridge Partners are working in partnership with a PE backed business to hire a Head of Tax and Treasury, to be based out of their new office in Pimlico on a part-time and hybrid basis.

As the business is highly acquisitive, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to build out the Tax function. This is a part-time role - 3 days per week. As the company grows, there is potential for 3 days to rise to 4 days per week.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the company's international tax strategy, focusing on International M&A, pre-deal tax structures and due diligence.

There is an exciting developmental opportunity within this role to broaden skills within Treasury, this is not a pre-required competency.

Key responsibilities and experience :

· Ability to be a strong internal advisor with regard to all matters concerning Tax
· Manage relationships with Big 4 Tax Advisors
· Focus on cost reduction when working with Tax Advisors
· Experience and knowledge of VAT
· Experience working for a Global business
· Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA preferred)
· Interest in expanding knowledge of Treasury
